Responsibilities

  • Evaluate current business processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements
  • Translate operational needs into clear, actionable project deliverables
  • Support change initiatives by analyzing impacts on workflows and systems
  • Develop and maintain process documentation and workflow diagrams
  • Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and performance tracking
  • Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units
  • Assist in the design and testing of new operational tools and systems
  • Monitor key performance indicators to assess the success of implemented changes
  • Identify risks associated with process changes and recommend mitigation strategies
  • Support training and adoption of new processes across teams
  • Prepare reports and dashboards for leadership review
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams during project execution
  • Manage timelines and deliverables for assigned initiatives
  • Conduct root cause analysis for operational issues

  • Support the development of business cases for proposed changes
