About the Role

Positioned under the Operations Enablement Manager for Canadian Disability & Group Life, this Business Analyst role focuses on facilitating successful initiative implementation through strategic stakeholder engagement. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional analytical prowess, communication skills, and process design capabilities while navigating complex operational environments. Your mission involves enabling operational teams to seamlessly adopt project deliverables without compromising customer service quality. You'll exhibit natural inquisitiveness, confidently asking probing questions and challenging assumptions to ensure comprehensive understanding of operational implications.
