This position focuses on understanding complex business needs and transforming them into clear, actionable system requirements using Microsoft Dynamics 365. You will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring solutions align with strategic goals and deliver measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate business processes and user needs to define system requirements and document functional specifications
  • Lead the design, configuration, and testing of Dynamics 365 applications, particularly in customer service implementations
  • Translate business objectives into technical scope and drive alignment across delivery teams
  • Collaborate with product owners and sales enablement to understand business priorities and deliver effective solutions
  • Support end-to-end implementation of software systems, including change analysis, user support, and process optimization
  • Guide modeling activities and maintain accurate records of functional requirements
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
  • Work closely with international technology teams to ensure consistent delivery across regions

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should hold an undergraduate degree or equivalent and bring at least five years of relevant experience, including two years focused on technical documentation or business technology analysis. Essential qualifications include:

  • Two or more years implementing Dynamics 365 customer service solutions
  • Proven experience working within agile delivery environments
  • Strong analytical abilities with a commitment to data-informed decision making
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with PowerPlatform tools and PowerBI for reporting and automation
  • Experience integrating AI-driven features such as virtual assistants and intelligent search into business applications

Work Environment

This is a hybrid role based in London, combining time in company offices, client locations, and remote work. While flexibility is supported, fully remote work is not permitted. The role demands collaboration across teams and occasional travel may be required.
