About the Role

Capgemini is hiring a Business Analyst with deep MS Dynamics experience and Banking domain expertise. You will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of projects, from planning and analysis to system setup and implementation, ensuring technology solutions align with business strategy.

What You'll Do

  • Analyze business and user needs to document requirements and develop moderately complex information systems.
  • Translate client requirements into functional documentation and system specifications, and participate in technical designs and test planning.
  • Direct business process improvement projects and lead the design, testing, and implementation of new or enhanced applications.
  • Work closely with the Business Product owner and FAS Sales Enablement team to understand requirements and business initiatives.
  • Build good working relationships with International and Europe Tech teams to ensure collaboration and alignment on business priorities.
  • Guide and advise less experienced team members.
  • Identify and document all system constraints, implications, and consequences of proposed changes.

What We're Looking For

  • Five years of related work experience, including two years in technical writing or business technology.
  • 2 years of experience implementing Dynamics 365 customer service projects.
  • Experience working in an agile team environment.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • An undergraduate degree or equivalent.
  • A strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision making.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with the wider PowerPlatform capability and PowerBI.
  • Experience shaping vision and integrating virtual assistants, search, and AI capabilities.
