Capgemini is hiring a Business Analyst with deep MS Dynamics experience and Banking domain expertise. You will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of projects, from planning and analysis to system setup and implementation, ensuring technology solutions align with business strategy.
What You'll Do
- Analyze business and user needs to document requirements and develop moderately complex information systems.
- Translate client requirements into functional documentation and system specifications, and participate in technical designs and test planning.
- Direct business process improvement projects and lead the design, testing, and implementation of new or enhanced applications.
- Work closely with the Business Product owner and FAS Sales Enablement team to understand requirements and business initiatives.
- Build good working relationships with International and Europe Tech teams to ensure collaboration and alignment on business priorities.
- Guide and advise less experienced team members.
- Identify and document all system constraints, implications, and consequences of proposed changes.
What We're Looking For
- Five years of related work experience, including two years in technical writing or business technology.
- 2 years of experience implementing Dynamics 365 customer service projects.
- Experience working in an agile team environment.
- Excellent communication skills.
- An undergraduate degree or equivalent.
- A strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision making.
Nice to Have
- Experience with the wider PowerPlatform capability and PowerBI.
- Experience shaping vision and integrating virtual assistants, search, and AI capabilities.
