About the Role
The selected candidate will temporarily assume business analyst responsibilities during a colleague's extended leave, ensuring continuity in project tracking, stakeholder communication, and process documentation.
Responsibilities
- Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement
- Gather and document requirements from internal stakeholders
- Support the development of project plans and timelines
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams
- Maintain detailed records of project progress and deliverables
- Assist in the creation of process flow diagrams and models
- Validate system changes against defined business needs
- Participate in testing activities to ensure quality outcomes
- Prepare reports summarizing project status and performance metrics
- Collaborate with team members to resolve data discrepancies
- Ensure compliance with internal standards and procedures
- Translate business needs into actionable technical specifications
- Track key performance indicators for ongoing initiatives
- Support change management efforts across departments
- Conduct stakeholder interviews to gather feedback
- Assist in onboarding new team members when needed
- Maintain version control for documentation
- Identify risks and recommend mitigation strategies
- Coordinate with external partners when required
- Update dashboards used for executive reporting
- Review system outputs for accuracy and consistency
- Participate in regular project review meetings
- Document lessons learned for future reference
- Ensure data privacy and security protocols are followed
- Support knowledge transfer before assignment ends
