We are seeking a Business Analyst (Temporary Coverage) for our Global Business Services! Responsibilities - your mission: To enhance the Engineering Function's operational effectiveness through sophisticated Key Performance Indicators dashboard management: delivering comprehensive status reports and updates on Engineering delivery plans, including associated risks and operational insights. Establish robust collaboration with Finance data teams and stakeholders. To streamline the Engineering Function's subcontracting process management: providing comprehensive support from purchase order creation to goods receipt verification, while maintaining regular status updates and proactively anticipating potential risks related to delivery delays. Active engagement with Procurement teams, particularly in engineering service procurement, is essential. To optimize the Engineering Function's workforce management through meticulously maintained business management dashboards, segmented by domain, subdomain, national company, skill, program, and resource type (internal workforce, temporary staff, subcontractors). Establish strong collaborative connections with HR community and data resources. The primary challenge will involve identifying critical business Risks & Opportunities beyond formal data status, and effectively communicating these insights to engineering internal customers in a tangible, actionable manner. All activities will be executed under the guidance of relevant business management teams from each Engineering Centre/Domain, maintaining seamless coordination with all stakeholders responsible for dashboard-related data.
