Responsibilities
- Uses knowledge of business processes, data structure, and reporting systems to identify and solve data-driven problems across Commercial & Consumer Lending.
- Actively participates in the development, enhancement, and maintenance of dashboards, models, and reporting solutions supporting revenue, pipeline, funding, and performance management.
- Develops and maintains Power BI dashboards, including data modeling, DAX calculations, and visualization design to support forecasting, funding calendars, conversion ratios, and KPI tracking.
- Designs and enhances Power Apps solutions to support business workflows, tracking tools, and data collection initiatives.
- Develops Salesforce reports and dashboards, supports stage logic analysis, and partners with stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and usability.
- Assists in daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting packages, highlighting results, trends, and variance analysis for senior leadership.
- Supports data governance efforts by reinforcing standard definitions, improving data quality, and identifying gaps across systems.
- Generates ad hoc reports and performs advanced data analysis to support executive requests, GTM business cases, and strategic initiatives.
- Identifies opportunities to automate manual reporting processes and improve operational efficiency using technology solutions.
- Works closely with internal stakeholders including Sales, Product, FP&A, Credit, and Operations to gather requirements and deliver scalable reporting solutions.
- Manages multiple reporting and analytics workstreams simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and timeliness.
- Develops a consistent view of product performance and operational support metrics.
