CrowdStrike is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our cross-functional legal operations team. In this role, you’ll partner across legal workstreams to improve processes, strengthen compliance, and enable smarter business decisions.
What You'll Do
- Monitor shared inboxes, log incoming requests, and triage items to the appropriate owners.
- Prioritize and track tasks to ensure timely responses and resolution.
- Maintain service-level awareness and escalate issues when needed.
- Assist with scheduling, documentation, and coordination of meetings and project activities.
- Prepare summaries, trackers, and follow-up notes to keep stakeholders aligned.
- Maintain up-to-date playbooks, templates, and process documentation to ensure consistency.
- Compile and organize data for reporting, dashboards, and recurring summaries.
- Use AI-enabled tools to support data entry, validation, and insight generation.
- Assist in tracking key performance indicators and presenting findings in a clear, actionable format.
- Collaborate with internal partners to route questions, clarify priorities, and keep projects moving.
- Help identify opportunities to streamline workflows and automate routine administrative tasks.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives that promote efficiency and alignment across teams.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 2+ years of experience in business operations, administrative coordination, or process support.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency with productivity tools, including Microsoft 365, Excel, dashboards, or AI-assisted workflow tools.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities and multiple stakeholders.
