RemoteVA PH is hiring a part-time Business Analyst to support a fast-growing eCommerce subscription company. You will track performance, uncover insights, and drive smarter decisions by gathering data, organizing dashboards, and translating numbers into clear stories.

What You'll Do

Build and maintain KPI dashboards for revenue, retention, churn, CAC, LTV, AOV, and fulfillment.
Pull and clean data from Shopify, QuickBooks, Google Sheets, and marketing channels.
Identify trends, risks, and opportunities in financial and operational data.
Provide weekly and monthly summaries with actionable insights.
Create simple, repeatable systems for reporting and analysis.

What We're Looking For

3+ years experience in business analysis, FP&A, or data analytics.
Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel (pivot tables, formulas, charts).
Strong understanding of subscription metrics (CAC, LTV, MRR, churn, ARPU).
Familiarity with Shopify, QuickBooks, and common eCommerce data sources.
Excellent communication skills — able to explain insights clearly and visually.
Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.
