Experian is seeking a Business Analyst Expert to serve as the primary subject matter expert for our Ascend Marketing, ADS Marketing, PS1, PQ1, and related Ascend products. You will be instrumental in guiding clients from onboarding to long-term, successful platform utilization.
What You'll Do
- Act as the subject matter expert for Ascend Marketing, ADS Marketing, PS1, PQ1, and related Ascend products.
- Lead client onboarding processes for Ascend platforms.
- Provide expert-level guidance on platform capabilities, data requirements, and workflow integration.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure clients are set up for long-term success and understand how to use Ascend solutions to meet their goals.
Team & Environment
You will report directly to the Senior Client Services Manager.
