Responsibilities
- Translate high-level contractual outcomes into detailed, executable requirements for delivery and product teams.
- Support accurate Time and Materials cost estimations using fixed rate cards and manage internal approvals for product development commitments.
- Lead the creation of comprehensive Business Requirements Documents and support technical teams in developing Functional Specifications and test plans aligned with the V-Model lifecycle.
- Develop and deliver complete Statements of Work to Project and Programme Managers to ensure readiness for customer-facing delivery.
- Collaborate directly with clients and coordinate closely with internal project, product, and engineering teams to align technical delivery with commercial agreements.
- Serve as the main link between commercial contracts and delivery execution during post-contract scoping and requirement development.
- Design clear, verifiable acceptance criteria for all change requests to ensure technical understanding prior to development.
- Provide authoritative guidance on requirements during product build phases and validate feature outputs against specifications.
- Coordinate formal User Acceptance Testing and lead technical issue resolution to confirm deliverables meet defined standards.

In-office expectations
Employees based in office locations are generally expected to work onsite at least two days per week. The Luxembourg team is required to attend the office four days per week, while teams in Australia and the UK must be present a minimum of two days per week in Melbourne or London offices. Some roles may require more frequent in-office attendance.
