Gainwell Technologies: Public Health Services and Solutions is hiring an Associate Professional, Business Analyst. In this role, you will contribute your skills to harness technology in order to help our clients improve the health and well-being of the communities they serve. You will analyze and help create innovative, purpose-built technologies and solutions to deliver better health and human services outcomes.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate with a team of business analysts to make client recommendations that can improve business processes.
- Assist in coordinating deliverables for small to medium projects, ensuring adherence to schedule, deadlines, and final products.
- Plan and design standard business processes following established methodology and assist in formulating recommendations to improve and support business activities.
- Analyze systems requirements documentation to meet client needs.
- Participate in technical reviews and inspections to verify the 'intent of change' is carried through all phases of a project.
- Monitor progress of project requirements and provide reports and updates to appropriate management, boards, committees, and business function managers to support projects in achieving intended business results.
What We're Looking For
- Experience working with the interface of information technology with functional groups within an organization.
- Experience with business process and information modeling tools and techniques.
- Experience in Excel, MS-Access, and SQL.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good interpersonal skills, presentation skills, and the ability to work in a team environment as well as independently.
