Cognizant's RCGH (Retail, Consumer Goods & Hospitality) Consulting unit is seeking a Business Analyst. In this role, you will execute large-scale business change and IT solutions for leading brands across the EMEA region. You will apply your extensive domain and consultative experience to help clients achieve their strategic goals.
What You'll Do
- Perform a Senior Business Analyst role on complex Business & Technology Transformation Programmes for RCGH clients.
- Assist clients in achieving their business, technology, strategic, and operational goals.
- Manage small to medium sized teams to execute mid-size programs or lead work streams within larger programs.
- Develop creative strategic solutions to solve clients’ business problems and create accompanying execution roadmaps.
- Contribute to practice activities such as Capability Development, Knowledge Management, Proposition or Solution Development.
- Develop focused industry ‘points of view’ or ‘white papers’.
- Coach and mentor members of the team.
What We're Looking For
- Experience performing a Senior Business Analyst role on complex Business & Technology Transformation Programmes with RCGH clients.
- Good understanding and expertise in one or more areas: e-commerce, digital marketing, OMS, WMS, POS, Stores and Merchandising.
- Previous experience in a similar capacity within Consultancy or RCGH Industries.
- Full project life-cycle Business Analysis experience with demonstrable knowledge of different project life cycles: waterfall and agile.
- Experience managing small to medium sized teams to execute mid-size programs or leading work streams within larger programs.
- Ability to develop creative strategic solutions and accompanying execution roadmaps.
- Experience working in a global delivery environment and with distributed teams.
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Excellent communication skills, able to deliver a concise message verbally or in writing to senior stakeholders.
- A creative thinker, able to quickly analyse problems and identify appropriate solutions.
- Open-minded and pragmatic, with the ability to guide teams to build customized tools/templates for engagements.
- Flexible and enthusiastic about gaining new experiences across different clients and adapting to challenging environments.
