Capgemini is looking for a Business Analyst to serve as a bridge between business and technology for our clients. You will be responsible for understanding needs, analyzing processes, documenting requirements, and collaborating with technical teams to define value-generating solutions that improve operational efficiency.
What You'll Do
- Understand client or business area needs, analyze processes, document requirements, and collaborate with technical teams to define solutions that generate value and improve operational efficiency.
- Gather, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements.
- Analyze current processes (AS-IS) and propose improvements or redesigns (TO-BE).
- Work in a team environment, focusing on the analysis, design, and development of technology-based solutions for Capgemini's clients.
- Collaborate with functional, technical, and business specialists to help develop the implementation and integration of innovative solutions and systems including methodologies, techniques, and tools.
- Contribute responsibly and timely to customer satisfaction by providing services and products that generate added value.
What We're Looking For
- Proficiency in creating and managing Use Cases and User Stories.
- Experience defining and documenting Business Rules.
- Ability to create Flow Diagrams / BPMN.
- Experience building and maintaining Traceability Matrices (RTM).
