Capgemini is seeking a Guidewire Business Analyst to leverage extensive P&C insurance and Guidewire implementation experience. In this role, you will lead functional teams and collaborate closely with architects, developers, and QA to deliver high-impact solutions.
What You'll Do
- Lead functional teams on Guidewire implementations.
- Collaborate with architects, developers, and QA to ensure project success.
- Create user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria in Agile environments.
What We're Looking For
- 12+ years of Business Analyst experience.
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience with Guidewire implementations.
- Strong functional expertise in Guidewire modules: PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter.
- Solid understanding of P&C insurance across underwriting, policy, billing, and claims.
- Proven ability to lead functional teams and collaborate with architects, developers, and QA.
- Proficient with Jira, Confluence, Visio, Excel, and other Agile tools.

- Compensation: $115,000 - $125,000/Annum.
