BASF is looking for a Purchase-to-Pay Analyst to join our P2P team. Reporting to the Manager, you will support the team in managing projects and operational tasks, contributing to process improvements and automation initiatives.
What You'll Do
- Support Request fulfillment activities in planning and administration.
- Support in delivering automation effort across teams to simplify work processes.
- Participate in improvement initiatives discussion to work on improvement plans and timelines.
- Assist the team in tactical projects according to the objectives.
- Handle administrative management and coordination of P2P initiatives and activities.
- Prepare documentation and presentation slides for assigned initiatives and activities.
- Support in assisting the unit’s operational task as and when required.
What We're Looking For
- Able to commit to a minimum of 6 months for this internship.
- Currently pursuing a Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Linguistics, or any related disciplines.
- A good team player with high level of maturity and independence.
- English and Mandarin proficiency in verbal and written communication.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite.
