Responsibilities

  • Working with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure clear, aligned, and actionable requirements for complex technical solutions.
  • Gathering, analysis, and documentation of business and user requirements, using appropriate models and techniques to tell the story of what’s needed — and why.
  • Supporting impact and gap analyses to define current and future state processes, identifying opportunities and dependencies across systems.
  • Translating requirements into testable outcomes, defining acceptance criteria, and supporting user acceptance testing.
  • Support stakeholders to develop business cases and evaluate solution options (build vs. buy, process changes, integrations).
  • Support end-to-end delivery - from requirements through design, testing, implementation, and transition to operations/BAU
  • Support Build strong relationships across the organisation, influencing decision-making, facilitating workshops, and pushing back constructively when needed to ensure clarity and quality.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in business analysis within large, complex environments.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, balancing priorities and maintaining momentum across teams.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills: You are able to engage at all levels and influence outcomes with confidence.
  • A pragmatic, adaptable mindset: Comfortable with ambiguity, shifting priorities, and driving structure where it doesn’t yet exist.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to distil complex problems into clear, actionable insights.
  • Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience.

Nice to Have

  • Certifications such as BABOK, ITIL v3/v4 Foundation, or Agile highly regarded.
