Liebherr International Group is seeking a Business Analyst to collaborate with stakeholders across our diversified technology operations, gathering requirements to design dashboards and reporting tools that drive efficiency.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate with business stakeholders across multiple product segments to gather, refine and document business and system requirements for reporting, analytics and operational systems.
- Analyze existing business processes, procedures and work practices and identify inefficiencies, risks and opportunities for process improvement and automation.
- Design and develop functional specifications for dashboards and reporting tools, in close consultation with internal users and external developers based in Australia and abroad.
- Build and maintain data models, KPIs and metrics within Power BI and other reporting systems, ensuring data integrity, consistency, performance and accuracy.
What We're Looking For
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics or other relevant field.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
