Responsibilities

- Conduct data validation and ensure accuracy across systems
- Collaborate with IT teams to implement new tools and workflows
- Facilitate meetings with stakeholders to clarify project goals
- Develop use cases and process flow diagrams
- Assist in testing new software features before deployment
- Monitor post-implementation outcomes and recommend adjustments
- Maintain documentation for all analyzed processes and systems
- Identify opportunities for automation in routine tasks
- Assist in managing project timelines and deliverables
- Provide analytical support during system upgrades or integrations
