Zillow Group is hiring a Business Advisor, Mid-Market, Rentals

About the Role

At Zillow Group, we’re looking for a Business Advisor, Mid-Market, Rentals to provide outstanding advertising solutions and business consultation for Multi-Family rental partners. In this field-based role, you will focus on client success, net property growth, and mining opportunities within existing client portfolios in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do

  • Be an expert in all Zillow Rentals Network products and services.
  • Perform a high volume of calls to increase participation from multifamily rental management companies.
  • Utilize Salesforce.com to prospect, log activity, and manage calendar and opportunities.
  • Participate in multifamily rentals conferences, association meetings, tradeshows, and property management company meetings to increase partnerships, revenue, and exposure.
  • Communicate performance expectations to clients internally and externally.
  • Consistently meet and exceed success metrics, including revenue and retention.
  • Excel in high-level conversations and presentations with decision-makers to build positive relationships and drive business results.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador for Zillow Group.
  • Represent the voice of the customer to influence product, marketing, and sales process improvement.
  • Execute against the MEDDPICC sales process and adopt Challenger principles in customer interactions.

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in outside sales, business-to-business sales.
  • Experience selling into medium/mid-market accounts with complex/multiple decision-makers.
  • Proven track record meeting and exceeding sales goals and other key performance metrics.
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 50%.
  • Possess high energy and a strong desire to achieve top results with a personable, positive 'can-do' attitude via phone and in person.
  • High degree of ownership and dedication to work quickly and accurately in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Ability to prioritize and utilize time management.
  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills.
  • A passion for high-level conversations with decision-makers and influencers.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and Windows-based applications.
  • Proficient use of Excel and Salesforce and other data analytic tools, including Google Analytics.

  • Salesforce.com or other CRM experience.

Benefits & Compensation

  • In California, Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Washington state, and Washington DC: $67,800.00 - $108,200.00 annually.
  • In Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Minnesota, Nevada, Ohio, Rhode Island, and Vermont: $64,400.00 - $102,800.00 annually.
  • Eligible for equity awards.

This is a field-based role.
