VIX Logística is looking for a Bus Master Instructor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for training and guiding other bus drivers, ensuring they meet our high standards for driving, safety, and passenger service. Your expertise will help maintain operational excellence across our fleet.
What You'll Do
- Train and instruct fellow bus drivers on driving standards, safety procedures, and passenger service protocols.
What We're Looking For
- CNH D driver's license.
- High school education completed.
- Certified training in Preventive Driving, DETRAN-approved Instructor Training, and Specialized Passenger Collective Transportation (TCP).
- Proven experience in the field or function.
