About the Role
The Marine Fueling PIC will support drivers in operating fuel tanks, preparing equipment, connecting hoses, and transferring fuel to large marine vessels. Work is conducted outdoors in all weather, requires travel to various marine locations, and includes passing a DOT medical exam.
Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for designated bunker fuel deliveries
- Collaborate with dockside personnel to facilitate safe and timely fueling operations
- Reach the vessel ahead of delivery trucks to prepare and coordinate with onboard staff
- Complete post-delivery documentation and dismantle equipment
- Adhere to all U.S. Coast Guard regulations and internal safety protocols

The Opportunity
In this role, the Marine Fueling, PIC (Person In Charge) will assist the drivers with operating marine fuel tanks, cleaning fuel equipment, setting up the fuel hoses and pumping gas to large marine vessels. You will be working outdoors for extended periods of time in all weather conditions. You will travel to various marine locations so some overnight travel is required. You will be required to pass a DOT medical for this role.
