Remote Recruitment is looking for a Building Surveyor to join a UK-based team delivering excellence in surveying services across residential and commercial projects. What You'll Do

Conduct detailed property inspections and surveys, accurately identifying building defects and recommending solutions.
Prepare comprehensive reports, clearly describing construction methods, materials, and components.
Assist senior surveyors in managing projects from inception to completion, including liaising with contractors and stakeholders.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UK housing and construction markets, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Support re-training initiatives to align previous experience with UK-specific practices.

What We're Looking For

RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) qualification.
Strong knowledge of building pathology, with the ability to describe materials and components in detail.
Practical understanding of UK construction and housing markets.
Willingness to relocate to the UK.
