What You'll Do
- Conduct detailed property inspections and surveys, accurately identifying building defects and recommending solutions.
- Prepare comprehensive reports, clearly describing construction methods, materials, and components.
- Assist senior surveyors in managing projects from inception to completion, including liaising with contractors and stakeholders.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UK housing and construction markets, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Support re-training initiatives to align previous experience with UK-specific practices.
What We're Looking For
- RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) qualification.
- Strong knowledge of building pathology, with the ability to describe materials and components in detail.
- Practical understanding of UK construction and housing markets.
- Willingness to relocate to the UK.
- Openness to starting in a junior or entry-level position to align with UK standards.
