Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior architects in the design and development of architectural projects.
- Prepare architectural drawings, models, and presentations using AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant software.
- Conduct site surveys and analyze existing building conditions.
- Research building codes, regulations, and materials.
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other consultants to ensure project success.
- Participate in client meetings and presentations.
- Assist in the preparation of construction documents and specifications.
- Contribute to the development of design concepts and solutions.
- Maintain accurate project records and documentation.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in architectural design and technology.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
- 1-3 years of experience in architectural design (including internships).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong design and visualization skills.
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction practices.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Portfolio demonstrating design skills and project experience.
- Familiarity with sustainable design principles and practices.
