Key Responsibilities

Assist senior architects in the design and development of architectural projects.
Prepare architectural drawings, models, and presentations using AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant software.
Conduct site surveys and analyze existing building conditions.
Research building codes, regulations, and materials.
Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other consultants to ensure project success.
Participate in client meetings and presentations.
Assist in the preparation of construction documents and specifications.
Contribute to the development of design concepts and solutions.
Maintain accurate project records and documentation.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in architectural design and technology.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
1-3 years of experience in architectural design (including internships).
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Strong design and visualization skills.
Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction practices.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Portfolio demonstrating design skills and project experience.
Familiarity with sustainable design principles and practices.
