Responsibilities
- Oversee customer trading activity in near-real time to control exposure in margin and options accounts
- Analyze daily reports and respond to any irregularities or exceptions
- Enforce compliance with Federal Reserve Regulation T and FINRA Rule 4210 during margin call processing
- Manage options expiration workflows and implement risk reduction strategies
- Prioritize responsive and effective customer service
- Lead initiatives to enhance operational processes and efficiency
- Monitor and assess fraud alerts on a daily basis
- Complete assigned ad hoc tasks and special projects as needed
