Bright Line Eating is hiring a part-time independent contractor to serve as a Bright Line Eating Coach. You will guide members on their journey to food freedom as a deeply rooted practitioner of the program. This role works closely with the Customer Journey and Customer Experience department.
What You'll Do
- Lead regular Coaching Calls, Accountability Calls, and Office Hours, stepping in for other coaches as necessary
- Develop and present content for Community Connection LIVE events
- Actively engage with members in the Online Support Communities on Hub and Facebook, providing encouragement and answering questions
- Monitor Facebook groups following established SOPs, including member adds, removals, and post removals
- Provide guidance and answer member questions via Help Scout
- Join collaborative team meetings and attend monthly All Team Calls as needed
- Contribute to content creation projects, such as reviewing panelist videos, creating course content, and co-creating offerings for special programs
- Regularly listen to key BLE content to stay aligned with current program approaches
What We're Looking For
- Current license or credential as a coach, therapist, or health care professional
- Extensive personal and practical knowledge of the Bright Line Eating program
- Must have taken Bright Line Eating courses and use BLE tools consistently
- Strong communication, computer, written, verbal, and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Gmail, Google Docs, Google Calendar, Google Sheets, Microsoft Office, Zoom, Facebook, and Dropbox
- Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail
- Positive attitude, resilience, and a history of coaching, counseling, or teaching
- Extensive knowledge of the Bright Line Eating Boot Camp and experience living in a Bright Body
- Possess a computer, smartphone, and reliable internet access
- Comfort with technology and experience learning new software
Nice to Have
- Experience with 12-Step programs or addiction recovery
- Experience leading an online community or as an online influencer
- Eating disorder recovery experience
- Familiarity with GLP-1 weight loss medications
- International Coach Federation certification and general coaching experience
- Backgrounds in nutrition, medicine, trauma-informed modalities, or exercise science
- Experience parenting young children
- Skills as a spokesperson or public speaker
- Other specialties that would broaden our coaching base
