Bravium Consulting is hiring a Senior ServiceNow Business Process Consultant to lead process design and adoption for our commercial clients. This role bridges business and technology, guiding discovery, shaping ServiceNow solutions, and supporting both project delivery and pre-sales activities. You will report to Delivery leadership and collaborate closely with Solution Architects and Account Executives.
What You'll Do
- Lead workshops to capture requirements, map current vs. future-state processes, and define business outcomes.
- Translate business needs into ServiceNow functional designs, partnering with architects and developers.
- Support pre-sales by contributing to proposals, demos, and SOW estimates.
- Drive project delivery—managing requirements, UAT, and adoption activities to ensure value realization.
- Leverage Bravium accelerators and AI tools to increase client impact.
- Mentor junior staff and promote consulting best practices.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years in process consulting or business analysis, with direct ServiceNow project experience.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules (ITSM, CSM, HR, etc.).
- ServiceNow CSA certification required.
- Solid grounding in ITIL and process design.
- Skilled facilitator with strong communication and presentation abilities.
- Proven ability to work in pre-sales contexts and explain business value to executives.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Willingness to travel up to 20%.
Nice to Have
- Additional ServiceNow certifications a plus.
- Experience with Agile delivery preferred.
- Advanced degree or industry certifications desirable.
