Lead the end-to-end management of complex livestream campaigns for major clients based in London, ensuring alignment between creative vision, production timelines, and monetization goals. You will act as the central point of contact across client, production, and internal teams, guiding initiatives from initial planning through post-event recap.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive campaign execution from strategy development to post-event analysis, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned on objectives and deliverables.
- Support clients in shaping content concepts, talent direction, and creative assets to meet campaign goals.
- Collaborate with external production partners to ensure timelines, technical requirements, and creative expectations are met.
- Monitor live events in real time, quickly identifying and resolving issues to maintain broadcast quality and audience engagement.
- Partner with analytics and monetization teams to deliver performance insights and contextualize results within broader advertising strategies.
- Refine internal processes by contributing to campaign playbooks and sharing learnings from past initiatives.
- Maintain strong relationships across multiple client accounts in EU5 markets, ensuring consistent communication and satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Media, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years in campaign management, digital content, influencer marketing, or ecommerce.
- Proven experience managing complex, multi-phase campaigns with measurable outcomes.
- Experience in client-facing roles and coordinating across cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Airtable, Asana, or Jira, and familiarity with analytics platforms.
Work Environment
This role is based in London and requires on-site presence at the client office five days per week. The technical environment includes Airtable, Asana, and Jira for workflow and project tracking.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary range is £65,000–£75,000, commensurate with experience. Statutory benefits apply. Equity is not included.
