Blockworks is looking for a Brand Partner to drive new business and close deals across our portfolio of media, events, and research products. In this role, you will act as a frontline ambassador, opening doors, pitching creative solutions, and building long-term partnerships with influential names in crypto and finance.
What You'll Do
- Own the full sales cycle including prospecting, outreach, pitching, negotiating, and closing.
- Develop custom proposals spanning podcasts, newsletters, events, and research.
- Work directly with founders, CMOs, and senior decision-makers at influential brands in crypto and finance.
- Attend high-priority industry events, meet with clients in person, and host meaningful conversations.
- Maintain a constant pulse on the crypto industry to shape outreach, conversations, and deal strategy.
- Operate with discipline, purpose, and urgency to improve and close more deals.
What We're Looking For
- At least three years in a closing sales role, ideally in crypto, media, SaaS, or emerging tech.
- Consistent history of outperforming sales goals.
- Experience selling six-figure enterprise deals and presenting to executive teams.
- Owned the full deal cycle from first outreach to final signature and renewal.
- Managed a personal book of business with care, creativity, and accountability.
- High-performing, self-directed sales professional with sharp instincts and strong presence.
- Deep curiosity for emerging tech and the crypto ecosystem.
- Fast learner who relentlessly pushes to hone skills and exceed goals.
- Ability to authentically connect, build credibility quickly, and turn conversations into partnerships.
- Strong sense of personal ownership and thrives as part of a team.
- Comfortable with experimentation and being uncomfortable.
Nice to Have
- Closed deals with financial institutions, tier-1 crypto protocols, or Fortune 500 brands.
- Experience navigating complex, high-stakes partnerships.
