The Brand Manager is a key role within GIGABRANDS' client success and operations team, responsible for managing day-to-day client accounts, executing sales-driving strategies, and ensuring high-quality service delivery across multiple Amazon brands. This position acts as a bridge between the Brand Director and Junior Brand Managers, collaborating with cross-functional teams and serving as a trusted client partner.

What You'll Do

  • Managing day-to-day client accounts
  • Executing strategies that drive sales
  • Ensuring exceptional service delivery across multiple Amazon brands
  • Working closely with internal teams across PPC, SEO, design, and catalog management to bring client strategies to life
  • Acting as a trusted partner to clients by balancing relationship management, operational execution, and performance optimization
  • Participating in 'husks'—internal team-building and development sessions
  • Collaborating with peers during 'husks'
  • Learning from senior leaders during 'husks'
  • Helping foster a culture of continuous growth and learning
  • Senior Brand Managers participating in weekly upskilling classes
  • Mentoring and supporting the broader team through weekly upskilling classes

Team & Environment

  • Sits between the Brand Director and Junior Brand Managers; works with internal teams across PPC, SEO, design, and catalog management
  • Reports to: Brand Director
