The Brand Manager is a key role within GIGABRANDS' client success and operations team, responsible for managing day-to-day client accounts, executing sales-driving strategies, and ensuring high-quality service delivery across multiple Amazon brands. This position acts as a bridge between the Brand Director and Junior Brand Managers, collaborating with cross-functional teams and serving as a trusted client partner.
What You'll Do
- Managing day-to-day client accounts
- Executing strategies that drive sales
- Ensuring exceptional service delivery across multiple Amazon brands
- Working closely with internal teams across PPC, SEO, design, and catalog management to bring client strategies to life
- Acting as a trusted partner to clients by balancing relationship management, operational execution, and performance optimization
- Participating in 'husks'—internal team-building and development sessions
- Collaborating with peers during 'husks'
- Learning from senior leaders during 'husks'
- Helping foster a culture of continuous growth and learning
- Senior Brand Managers participating in weekly upskilling classes
- Mentoring and supporting the broader team through weekly upskilling classes
