What You'll Do
Lead enterprise sales across Norway, Sweden, Denmark, and Finland, driving new business acquisition from first contact to closed deal. You’ll independently manage every stage of the sales cycle, identifying prospects, initiating outreach, and converting opportunities into long-term clients.
Act as a trusted advisor by deeply understanding client needs and demonstrating how financial integration solutions create measurable value. You'll tailor strategies to each business model, helping prospects improve efficiency and revenue through smart technology adoption.
Represent the company at industry events and build connections with decision-makers in B2B SaaS and fintech. Your efforts will strengthen market presence and position the platform as a leader in the region. You’ll also refine sales processes to improve customer experience and scalability.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years in B2B software sales with a proven track record
- Experience selling SaaS or API-based products, ideally in fintech or integration platforms
- Strong self-initiative and a hands-on approach to problem-solving
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-moving startup environment
- Deep interest in technology, particularly software integrations and APIs
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Swedish, Dutch, German, or Spanish is an advantage
