About the Role

Reckitt is looking for a Brand Manager to nurture our brands with creativity and strategic insight. Your mission is to grow your assigned brands with marketing flair and a commitment to excellence, working as part of a global team united by our purpose to protect, heal and nurture.

What You'll Do

  • Develop brand strategy and marketing plans for Reckitt Taiwan key brands – MoveFree and MegaRed.
  • Collaborate with a cross-functional team to execute brand strategy and achieve category business objectives.
  • Lead 1 Assistant Brand Manager to ensure marketing activities are optimized.
  • Execute market research activities to identify consumer and customer insights.
  • Develop and execute brand marketing plans, from NPD/EPD development, route-to-market strategy, media communications to promotion plans.
  • Track marketing initiatives against set measurements to enhance effectiveness and business impact.
  • Deliver brand growth targets with brand P&L accountability and market share growth.
  • Manage marketing expenditures to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and ROI.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on pricing, distribution, and consumer promotion strategies.

What We're Looking For

  • University or above degree in marketing, business administration or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, preferably with FMCG companies.
  • Proven experience in new product development, project management, and launch plan execution.
  • Experience adapting global/regional marketing strategies and creative resources for local market growth.
  • Ability to develop, present, align, and execute comprehensive brand plans across advertising, media, digital, promotion, and pricing.
  • Market research exposure on U&A, concept & copy development, and brand performance tracking.
  • Experience collaborating with agencies for TVC, print, and digital creative development & production.
  • Skills in media brief development, execution planning, and post-track optimization.
  • Understands P&L and budget management to deliver sales, margin, and profit targets.
  • Fluent written and spoken English.
