Colgate-Palmolive is looking for a Brand Execution Services Coordinator to join our team in Warsaw. You will lead and coordinate critical Oral Care projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope using the Waterfall project management model.
What You'll Do
- Lead and coordinate Oral Care projects using the Waterfall model.
- Monitor project progress and coordinate corrective action to secure on-time and in-scope project delivery.
- Maintain project documentation and reporting to communicate clear status of projects, key timings, issues, and risks.
- Manage cross-functional project teams and coordinate follow-up activities.
- Manage project timelines and define the critical path.
- Perform risk management for assigned projects.
What We're Looking For
- Project management experience in New Product Development gained in an FMCG organization is essential.
- Very good organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to direct and work cross-functionally.
- Ability to adapt and deal with ambiguity.
- Ability to align different stakeholders.
- Experience with Smart Sheet.
- Previous experience in a Google tool environment.
- Positive attitude, high engagement, and strong people leadership skills.
- English fluency.
