Responsibilities
- Adhere to all current health and safety protocols related to public gatherings
- Interact directly with consumers to inform and guide them during product experiences
- Build consumer trust by delivering authentic, educational brand interactions
- Guide participants through legal product sampling experiences as defined by local regulations and program guidelines
- Complete assigned digital learning modules on brand knowledge and campaign updates
- Use digital tools and platforms to access and submit required field information
- Arrive punctually to scheduled events dressed according to team standards and ready to deliver brand activations
- Distribute promotional items to consumers in accordance with campaign rules
- Follow responsible service practices and report any policy breaches
- Prepare retail locations with branded point-of-sale materials before events
- Cover event-related product costs using a company-provided payment method
- Collect or receive promotional supplies from the event logistics team
- Safeguard and return all company assets including uniforms and event gear
- Submit post-event summaries through the designated reporting system
- Capture and share digital photos from events to support social media efforts
- Identify key differences between represented brands and competitor offerings, and report competitive presence
- Present a professional appearance suitable for public-facing brand representation
- Comply with all organizational policies and operational procedures
Work Arrangement
Remote — Wisconsin Dells, WI
Other
- Applicants must be available for events on Thursdays through Saturdays, typically between 4 PM and midnight
- Event durations generally range from two to four hours
- Candidates must be at least 21 years of age
- This is an occasional, non-permanent employment role
- Employment does not guarantee a set number of event assignments
- All hires must sign required compliance documents and follow agency policies and the North America Diageo Marketing Code
- Educators must deeply learn brand, category, and production details and pass knowledge assessments
- Candidates must deliver a successful two to three-minute live presentation demonstrating engagement and brand knowledge
