Responsibilities
- Adhere to all current health and safety protocols related to Covid-19
- Interact directly with consumers to share knowledge and information about products at key touchpoints
- Foster consumer trust by presenting brands in a relatable, personable way
- Guide customers through product sampling experiences in compliance with local laws and program guidelines
- Complete assigned digital training modules on brand and campaign details
- Use technology platforms to access and submit required information for brand representation
- Arrive punctually at events dressed according to team guidelines and ready to conduct planned activities
- Distribute promotional items to consumers as authorized
- Uphold responsible service standards and report any breaches
- Prepare retail locations with branded point-of-sale materials prior to events
- Cover event-related product costs using a company-provided payment method
- Collect or receive promotional supplies from the event coordination team
- Maintain and return company assets including uniforms and event equipment
- Submit post-event reports through the designated digital reporting system
- Capture photos during events and support social media content sharing
- Recognize key differences between the represented brand and competing products, and report competitive presence
- Present a professional appearance suitable for public brand engagement
- Comply with all organizational policies and operational procedures
Work Arrangement
Remote — Ocean County, South New Jersey

- Events typically last between 2 and 4 hours
- This is an occasional employment role with no guaranteed number of assignments
- Employment does not ensure a specific volume of scheduled events
- Candidates are required to finish online training related to brand knowledge
- Work shifts occur on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays between 4:00 PM and 12:00 AM
