Responsibilities
- Interact directly with consumers to inform and guide them during product experiences, purchases, and usage
- Build consumer trust by presenting brands in a relatable, personable manner
- Guide participants through product sampling experiences in compliance with local laws and company policies
- Complete assigned digital training modules on brand knowledge and program requirements
- Use technology platforms to receive assignments and submit required information
- Arrive punctually at events dressed according to team guidelines and ready to deliver brand activations
- Distribute branded merchandise to consumers as part of promotional activities
- Adhere to responsible service protocols and report any breaches
- Prepare retail locations with branded point-of-sale materials before events
- Cover event-related expenses using a company-provided payment method
- Collect or receive promotional supplies from the event coordination team
- Safeguard and return all company assets, including uniforms and event materials
- Submit post-event summaries through the designated reporting system
- Capture digital photos during events and support social media content sharing
- Recognize key differences between represented brands and competitor offerings, and report competitive insights
- Present a professional appearance suitable for public brand representation
- Comply with all organizational policies and operational procedures
