Worldwide Events is looking for a Brand & Content Marketing Manager to spearhead the launch of a major new luxury event within our Private Luxury Events portfolio. You will be responsible for building awareness, crafting multi-channel marketing campaigns, and driving audience growth through lead generation and premium brand storytelling.
What You'll Do
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns to support the launch and growth of the new event.
- Translate brand positioning into compelling, channel-specific campaigns.
- Own campaign timelines, execution, optimisation, and reporting.
- Own day-to-day management of social media channels, primarily Instagram and LinkedIn.
- Develop and deliver a clear social media and content strategy focused on growth, engagement, and community.
- Actively engage with audiences, partners, brands, and influencers to build meaningful relationships.
- Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with luxury influencers, creators, and brand ambassadors.
- Design influencer and brand collaboration campaigns that feel authentic and premium.
- Lead content planning across social, email, web, and campaign channels.
- Brief designers, videographers, and content creators with strong creative direction.
- Support the Director of Marketing with PR and media outreach.
- Design and execute lead-generation campaigns to attract exhibitors, partners, and audiences.
- Collaborate with internal marketing, design, sales, and commercial teams.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a Brand & Content Marketing Manager or senior executive role, ideally within luxury, consumer, lifestyle, travel, fashion, arts, or premium brand environments.
- Strong digital marketing capability across social, content, email, and campaign execution.
- Experience launching or scaling brands, products, experiences, or events.
- Hands-on social media management and content planning experience.
- Strong creative instinct and eye for luxury branding and storytelling.
- Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills.
- A proactive, self-starting mindset — someone who enjoys building a brand from scratch.
Nice to Have
- Experience working with influencers, brand ambassadors, or creator communities.
- PR or media campaign experience, or experience working with PR agencies.
- Experience supporting or launching large-scale events or experiential brands.
- Existing network or contact book within luxury, lifestyle, travel, or creative industries.
Team & Environment
You will report directly to the Director of Marketing and be part of a collaborative, people-first business that values human connections and relationships over transactions.
Benefits & Compensation
- Competitive basic salary depending on experience.
- 36 days of paid holiday (including bank holidays), with additional days awarded for length of service.
- Hybrid working pattern with an alternating rota (2 days one week, 3 days the next).
- Receive £50/month contribution towards Bupa private health insurance, starting after probation.
- Employee Assistance Programme, covering mental health, wellbeing, financial guidance and life changes.
- Extended maternity leave and enhanced paternity leave.
- Opportunity to travel the world to support events.
- 4 pm Friday finish.
Work Mode
This role offers a hybrid working pattern based on our office in Borough, South London (SE1 1EP). The schedule follows an alternating weekly rota.
Worldwide Events is an equal opportunity employer.
