About the Role

Puig is looking for a Brand Content Lead for the French high perfumery house, L'Artisan Parfumeur. In this role, you will manage brand content production and editorial strategy across all touchpoints. This is a fixed-term contract (CDD) starting as soon as possible.

What You'll Do

  • Prepare creative briefs for assets dedicated to brand campaigns.
  • Centralize asset needs for all touchpoints with digital, local markets, and business development teams.
  • Participate in campaign production, tracking progress from brief to final asset delivery.
  • Handle internal coordination for photo and video productions.
  • Manage relationships with external productions and talents for shoots, overseeing pre-production, production, and post-production.
  • Identify, organize, and prepare products needed for shoots, managing orders in advance.
  • Ensure respect of schedules, deadlines, and operational constraints.
  • Create toolkits for markets and ensure final assets are available, archived, and organized on Puig platforms.
  • Be the guardian of the editorial strategy, wording, and brand tone across all touchpoints (website, newsletters, CRM).
  • Manage editorial conception for brand launches in collaboration with copywriters.
  • Ensure 360 omnichannel brand alignment across all channels.

What We're Looking For

  • Bac +4/5 education in communication, marketing, business school, or equivalent.
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in content production, editorial management, or digital communication, ideally in luxury, beauty, or lifestyle.
  • Proficiency in French and English is essential.
  • Project management skills: organization, rigor, coordination of multiple stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of production environments (pre-production, production, post-production).
  • Strong attention to detail and sense of quality.
  • Autonomy, proactivity, and ability to propose ideas.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and taste for teamwork.
  • Adaptability, flexibility, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Marked interest in perfumery, art, and craftsmanship.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in managing productions (photo/video shoots) is a real plus.
