Produbanco is seeking a Brand and Segments Specialist to manage the identity, strategy, and execution of campaigns that build, maintain, and enhance the image of Produbanco and its Subsidiaries for the bank's different segments. You will ensure consistency across all touchpoints, from product and digital content development to media and client relations, to achieve commercial goals.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate the creation of marketing materials (catalogs, artwork, digital content), ensuring brand consistency.
- Conduct market studies, competitive analysis, and trend research to identify opportunities and inform decisions.
- Collaborate with the commercial area on the conceptualization of commercial campaigns.
- Oversee the timely implementation of media plans, across both ATL and digital channels.
- Stay current on behavioral trends, demands, and needs of different market segments.
- Monitor brand and campaign performance (KPIs, metrics) and generate results reports for management.
- Generate necessary adjustments to campaign implementation through an agile work modality.
- Manage Marketing campaign budgets for each of the business segments.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of relevant professional experience.
- Demonstrated expertise in strategic marketing, digital marketing, media planning, communication, and the planning, execution, and evaluation of ATL and digital marketing campaigns, agile methodologies, and commercial vision.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, or related fields.
