Responsibilities
- Interact directly with customers to inform and guide them during product experiences, purchases, and consumption moments
- Build consumer confidence by presenting brand stories in a relatable, authentic way
- Guide attendees through legal product sampling experiences in compliance with local regulations and internal policies
- Complete assigned digital learning modules on brand and program updates on a recurring basis
- Use digital tools to receive assignments and submit required information for brand representation
- Arrive punctually to events dressed according to team guidelines and ready to deliver planned promotional activities
- Distribute branded merchandise to consumers as part of promotional initiatives
- Adhere to responsible service protocols and report any breaches promptly
- Prepare retail locations with branded point-of-sale materials ahead of events
- Cover event-related product or service costs using a company-provided payment method
- Collect or receive promotional supplies from the event logistics team
- Maintain and return company-owned assets such as uniforms and event materials
- Submit post-event summaries through the designated marketing reporting platform
- Capture digital photos during events and support local social media content sharing
- Identify key differences between represented brands and competitor offerings, and share market insights
- Present a professional appearance suitable for public brand interaction
- Follow all organizational policies and operational procedures
