Oppizi is hiring a proactive, people-driven Brand Activation Manager to manage offline marketing campaigns across Washington, D.C. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced field operations, enjoys coaching teams, and understands how to move resources efficiently across a busy metro area.
What You'll Do
- Lead, support & motivate Brand Ambassadors on-site.
- Provide real-time coaching and ensure target delivery.
- Maintain professionalism, safety, and energy during missions.
- Build weekly field schedules & staffing plans.
- Identify high-traffic areas across Washington, D.C. (malls, transit hubs, campuses, downtown areas).
- Coordinate with warehouse & logistics team.
- Track KPIs through Google Sheets/Excel.
- Evaluate daily conversion performance and adapt strategy fast.
- Manage flyers, uniforms & campaign stock.
- Ensure accurate usage reporting and timely restocking.
What We're Looking For
- A proven operational leader with experience managing field marketing campaigns or similar fast-paced field operations.
- Strong people management and on-site coaching skills.
- Excellent logistical and scheduling abilities for a metropolitan area.
- Analytical mindset with experience adapting strategies based on performance data.
- Deep knowledge of high-traffic locations across Washington, D.C.
