United States Remote (Global) Contract

Future Foundry is hiring an Experimentation Consultant - United States

About the Role

Future Foundry is looking for an Experimentation Consultant to partner with large organizations, helping them test new ideas in the real world. You will use structured experimentation to de-risk new propositions and turn strategic uncertainty into clear, actionable evidence.

What You'll Do

  • Design experiments to test customer demand, product feasibility, and market traction using a library of 60+ experiment types.
  • Run experiments end-to-end, including recruiting participants, conducting interviews, designing product visuals, setting up ads, and tracking behavioral data.
  • Facilitate workshops with client teams and customers to surface assumptions, prioritize uncertainties, and structure meaningful tests.
  • Analyze raw qualitative and quantitative data to create compelling evidence and strategic recommendations.
  • Help client teams interpret evidence and decide whether to accelerate, adapt, or withdraw from initiatives.
  • Support business development and proposal work for existing client extensions.
  • Contribute to refining the company's experimentation methodology, frameworks, templates, and playbooks.

Team & Environment

You’ll work in small, lean teams of 2-3 people, focusing on 1-2 client projects at a time with support from a senior delivery or client lead.

Benefits & Compensation

  • Compensation range: $60,000 - $80,000 (pro rata)
