The Huntington National Bank is looking for a Branch Manager to lead a team, drive business growth, and deliver exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for managing all facets of the branch, including sales, service, and operations.

What You'll Do

Manage a portfolio of high-value consumer and business customers.
Lead the process of referring customers to other bank partners to deepen relationships.
Coach your team to provide excellent customer service and resolve issues effectively.
Leverage available tools and technology to identify sales and service opportunities.
Maintain and educate your team on all products, services, technology, and policies.
Develop key business and community relationships through active involvement.
Develop internal partnerships to drive business within your market area.
Oversee the recruitment and hiring process to build a team aligned with Huntington's culture.
Secure necessary resources to support your team.
Manage overall branch operations, adhering to all operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies.
Understand and drive branch sales, service, operations, and financial performance.
Demonstrate expertise in banking, investments, lending, sales leadership, customer service, process management, and colleague development.

What We're Looking For

A High School Diploma or GED and a minimum of 1 year in a goal-driven retail sales leadership role, or a Bachelor's Degree.

Nice to Have

A Bachelor's Degree and previous management experience.
Ability to understand, drive, and lead branch performance across sales, service, operations, and digital channels.
Expertise in banking, sales, investments, lending, sales leadership, customer service, process management, coaching, and presentation.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Comfort with technology such as mobile services and online banking.
Knowledge of consumer and business deposit products.
Ability to develop, influence, inspire, and motivate colleagues.
