Banorte is hiring a Branch Director to lead a team and manage commercial operations for a branch in CDMX. In this role, you will drive the branch’s performance, ensure goal achievement, handle client relationships, and expand the portfolio, all while adhering to established policies and managing the commercial system.
What You'll Do
- Develop and supervise the commercial team
- Apply expertise in customer service, sales, negotiation, financial analysis, and handling difficult clients
- Establish synergy and effective collaboration within the work team
- Comply with all established company policies
- Manage the commercial system to achieve the assigned budget
What We're Looking For
- Completed bachelor’s degree in economic-administrative fields
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar position at a bank
Nice to Have
- Valid AMIB certification
