Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Hiring, training, scheduling, and evaluating employee performance.
- Operational Efficiency: Monitoring, improving, and managing day-to-day production workflows and processes.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensuring adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
- Metrics & Reporting: Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and preparing reports to evaluate operational success.
- Resource Management: Managing inventory levels, supplies, and equipment maintenance.
Requirements
- With BPO Telco / Telco Sales background or with at least 2 years and above of BPO operations supervisor / team leader experience.
- No specific number of months or years of experience required
