Growth Troops is hiring a BPO Manager for Recruitment & Staffing Operations to lead and scale a global BPO function supporting recruitment delivery. You will be responsible for team management, ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met, and driving client satisfaction through continuous process improvement.

What You'll Do

Lead and scale BPO operations to support global recruitment delivery.
Oversee day-to-day team management, SLAs, and client satisfaction.
Implement process improvements to drive efficiency and quality.
Manage integration and utilization of ATS/HRIS platforms such as Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever, etc.
Collaborate with recruitment leadership to align BPO operations with hiring strategies.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience managing or running a BPO within the recruitment or staffing industry.
Deep knowledge of ATS/HRIS systems.
Strong leadership, performance management, and stakeholder communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
