Nestlé is looking for a Boutique Sales Assistant to join our Nespresso team in Edinburgh. You will be responsible for ensuring a premium customer experience through exceptional service and excellent delivery of all elements of boutique performance.
What You'll Do
- Welcome customers to the boutique and adapt to meet their needs.
- Support customers in finding their perfect cup of coffee and deliver service-oriented sales, promoting our unique brand experience.
- Be a proud and passionate ambassador of Nespresso.
What We're Looking For
- Retail experience.
Nice to Have
- Experience from a luxury retail background.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and charismatic individuals who can deliver exceptional customer service.
- The ability to rapidly build strong, working relationships with your customer base and be happy to support where needed.
Benefits & Compensation
- Compensation: £12.60 per hour

This role is onsite at our boutique in Edinburgh.
