Remote Recruitment was looking for a Bookings & Account Manager

Remote Recruitment is hiring a commercially driven Bookings & Account Manager for a UK-based cleaning and facilities business. You will be the commercial heartbeat, bridging clients and operational teams to ensure seamless, professional, and relationship-focused interactions. Your focus is on nurturing existing relationships, converting inbound enquiries, upselling, and optimising booking schedules.

What You'll Do

  • Act as the dedicated point of contact for a portfolio of letting agents, property developers, and landlords.
  • Build long-term partnerships to become the first choice for tenancy and construction cleaning.
  • Proactively identify and introduce additional services like carpet cleaning and specialist construction treatments.
  • Conduct regular client 'health check' calls and quarterly reviews.
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date CRM records for a personalised client experience.
  • Manage shared inboxes and automated booking systems, responding to enquiries promptly.
  • Convert inbound enquiries into confirmed bookings using consultative sales techniques.
  • Coordinate diaries for efficient scheduling and optimal resource allocation.
  • Liaise closely with operations teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Monitor booking trends to identify opportunities to increase revenue and efficiency.
  • Ensure all client requirements are accurately captured and communicated to cleaning teams.
  • Follow up post-service to gather feedback and encourage repeat business.
  • Support the Managing Director with reporting, forecasting, and commercial insights.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in account management, bookings coordination, or B2B sales.
  • Strong relationship-building and client communication skills.
  • Confident using CRM systems and managing digital booking platforms.
  • Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Commercially minded with a proactive approach to identifying growth opportunities.
  • Professional, personable, and solutions-oriented.
  • Reliable laptop and high-speed internet connection.
  • Quiet, professional home working environment.
