Requirements
- Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Active Behavior Analyst license valid in the state of Michigan
- Comprehensive understanding of principles of behavior analysis and experience with autism spectrum disorders
- Capacity to manage a caseload meeting billable hour requirements within a structured clinical framework
- Engaging, empathetic, and receptive personality with a commitment to continuous learning
- Proficient in both verbal and written communication
- Demonstrated ability to maintain positivity and composure under pressure
Nice to Have
- Minimum of two years of professional experience in behavior analysis
- Prior experience in a supervisory or leadership role
