Discovery ABA is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to serve our new clinic in Provo. In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for conducting assessments, creating individualized treatment plans, and providing clinical supervision, with your primary work conducted in-center and supplemented by remote work.
What You'll Do
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Deliver high-quality ABA therapy primarily in-center with supplemental remote work
- Supervise and mentor RBTs, ABATs, BCATs, and Behavior Technicians
- Collaborate with families, center teams, and multidisciplinary partners
- Collect and analyze data to drive meaningful client outcomes
- Participate in team meetings and ongoing clinical development
What We're Looking For
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Utah Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) certification
Nice to Have
- Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities
- Spanish fluency is a plus

- Competitive Salary: $80,000 – $90,000 commensurate with experience

Work Mode
