About the Role

The Board Certified Behavior Analyst will lead client care in a clinic setting by designing, implementing, and evaluating individualized behavior intervention plans. This role involves direct supervision of behavior technicians, collaboration with families, and ongoing assessment to ensure effective outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Design individualized behavior intervention programs based on assessments
  • Conduct regular direct observations of client behavior in the clinic
  • Supervise and train behavior technicians to ensure protocol fidelity
  • Collaborate with caregivers to support skill generalization
  • Monitor client progress using data-driven methods
  • Revise treatment plans based on ongoing evaluation
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and analyses
  • Write detailed progress reports for stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with ethical standards set by the BACB
  • Participate in team meetings to coordinate care
  • Support onboarding and training of new clinical staff
  • Maintain accurate and timely client documentation
  • Communicate client outcomes to referring professionals
  • Implement skill acquisition programs using ABA principles
  • Address challenging behaviors with evidence-based strategies
  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary providers when applicable
  • Promote a safe and structured learning environment
  • Model effective teaching techniques for support staff
