Discovery ABA is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)- Hybrid In home

About the Role

The BCBA will assess client needs, design individualized behavior plans, supervise therapy implementation, and train caregivers to support consistent progress across home environments.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments for clients with developmental challenges
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings
  • Deliver direct in-home therapy services to clients as needed
  • Supervise and train behavior technicians in proper implementation of intervention strategies
  • Monitor client progress through data collection and analysis
  • Adjust treatment plans based on ongoing performance and goals
  • Collaborate with families to ensure consistency across settings
  • Provide caregiver training to support skill generalization
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
  • Ensure compliance with ethical and professional standards set by certifying bodies
  • Coordinate with schools and other service providers when appropriate
  • Participate in team meetings and case reviews
  • Contribute to program development and quality improvement initiatives
  • Stay current with best practices in applied behavior analysis
  • Support onboarding and training of new clinical staff

Nice to Have

  • Experience with early intervention programs
  • Familiarity with IEP processes and school collaboration
  • Training in crisis prevention or de-escalation techniques
  • Bilingual communication skills
  • Experience using electronic health record systems
