Kyo is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement behavior intervention plans
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments
  • Train staff and caregivers on behavior management techniques
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of intervention plans
  • Collaborate with other professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client progress
  • Provide supervision and training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
  • Participate in regular team meetings and case discussions
  • Stay current with the latest research and best practices in applied behavior analysis
  • Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines and professional standards
  • Provide direct behavioral services to clients
  • Develop and implement data collection systems
  • Conduct behavioral skills training
  • Provide consultation and support to families and caregivers
  • Participate in the development of individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Conduct social skills training groups
  • Provide crisis intervention and management
  • Develop and implement token economy systems
  • Conduct functional communication training
  • Provide support and training to school staff
  • Conduct parent training and support groups
  • Develop and implement behavior support plans for individuals with autism
  • Conduct staff training on behavior management techniques
  • Provide support and training to residential staff
